16-Bit MCU
The PDS430E2252 is the lowest-power 16-bit MCU in the world with dynamic switching power of just 15uA/MHz using PDSemi’s proprietary Low Power Processing (LPPTM) technology. This part is clock- cycle compatible with the Texas Instrument’s MSP430F2252 but runs more than 3X faster with 10X lower power for an overall 30X improvement. There is 16KB of PMEM and 1KB of DMEM available for program development. Legacy MSP430 code can also be reused.
Availability: Early 2026
